Hotel Ravesis are again being champion ocean lovers with their always sustainable seafood offer amped up for festival time.
Enjoy the incredible ocean views and indulge in sustainable Seafood and fresh produce that speaks for itself.
Head chef Peter Streckfuss creates a seasonal menu sourced sustainably from the ocean, local farms, and fields.
Oysters are shucked to order, fish filleted in house , and pickling is a passion.

Our food and beverage offering has a strong focus on sourcing local and sustainable products that can cater to all dietary requirements. Alongside our food offering, we work with amazing Australian viticulturalists and brewers whose main focus is looking after the land they grow their products on.
