Ocean Lovers Festival brings the ocean to life through impactful events run in collaboration with our community.
We are a charity committed to platforming solutions for our ocean and improving the health of our blue planet. Each year we platform solutions for our ocean through our touch points of Discovery, Action and Fun.
Our program blends science, creativity, wellness and action through art, film, music, talks, workshops, markets, tours and immersive experiences designed to inspire connection and care for the ocean.

Ocean Smart Schools brings ocean learning into classrooms from kindergarten to Year 12 through free excursions to Bondi Beach and the Sea Museum, and free resources for teachers.
Our FishTank and Litterarty competitions invite students to turn their ideas and creativity into solutions for our ocean.

Take Ocean Action connects our community with practical ways to protect our ocean, from citizen science and petitions to tracking how MPs vote on the environment. It's our platform for turning care for our blue planet into real action.

Ocean Lovers Festival acknowledges the Bidjigal, Birrabirragal and Gadigal people, who occupied, and never ceded the Sydney Coast. We share their passion to care for country, and respect their traditions that protect and nurture the land and sea.
