Across each session, participants will:
* Learn basic drawing techniques and how to work with watercolour paints
* Explore different tools, papers, brushes, and painting methods
* Discover fascinating facts about Bondi’s local ocean wildlife
* Create a finished artwork to take home
* Contribute to a beautiful group artwork celebrating ocean health and biodiversity
No experience required - beginners welcome!
Suitable for Ages 8-15 years
Kids will choose a local marine animal such as a Port Jackson Shark, Sydney Octopus, Weedy Seadragon, Eastern Blue Grouper or Grey Nurse Shark and learn how to sketch and paint it using watercolours and along the way learn fun scientific facts
Each child will take home their artwork and add a message or drawing to a whale-tail group piece displayed during the Festival.
All art supplies provided so perfect for a fun session during a day at the beach!
