CLEAN UP AUSTRALIA DAY
WHEN: 9am - 11am Sunday, March 1
WHERE: Manly Cove
Clean Up Australia Day is proudly celebrating 36 years of helping to improve and conserve our environment.
Removing litter from our streets and waterways is essential to keeping our oceans clean.
To join the effort, AUSMAP is hosting a Clean Up at Manly Cove. Come down to support this Australia-wide movement
Join The Cove Collective and AUSMAP for a morning of action and discovery this Clean Up Australia Day. Together, we’ll clean up Manly Cove, doing our bit by contributing to the Manly Cove Microplastic Survey, helping collect vital data to better understand and protect our oceans.
It's easy and fun to get involved and a practical way to take action for the greater good of our environment.
You can get involved as an individual, with your family, friends, community, school or colleagues.
The Day Will Also Include:
-
A beach clean with Reshaping Waste

A Strawkle (snorkel for straws) with Operation Straw
