Shannon is a Sydney-based French yoga teacher who has been guiding outdoor classes by the ocean for the past year, moving with the rhythm of the sun, the salt air and the sound of the waves. For her, yoga is a reflection of the sea: fluid, grounding, powerful and ever-changing.

Her sessions invite you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with your sensations while surrounded by nature. With an inclusive and adaptive approach, she creates a welcoming space for all levels and all bodies, so everyone can explore movement, build trust, and feel fully present, exactly as they are.
