We’re thrilled to welcome Etheus back as a hospitality partner for this year’s Ocean Lovers Festival. Based in Bondi, Etheus is renowned for its elevated coastal dining, celebrating the simplicity of Mediterranean flavours, fresh Australian produce, and a deep respect for the ocean.
Following a successful partnership in previous years, Etheus returns with a shared commitment to sustainability and community. Their menu reflects a mindful approach to food and the environment, and once again their beautifully roasted Market Fish, served with a bright latholemono, a classic Greek lemon and olive oil sauce inspired by the coastal flavours of Etheus Bondi, will be the star of the show.
As part of their support, Etheus will donate $1 from every Market Fish sold to Ocean Lovers, supporting ongoing marine conservation initiatives and protecting the health of our oceans.
