RESET - RECONNECT - REVITALISE

After your Sunrise Yoga flow on the sand, continue the journey inward with a guided Breathwork and Ice Bath immersion led by John Ireland, founder of Breathwork HQ.

Building on the calm and connection cultivated in yoga, John will guide you through conscious breathing practices designed to deepen regulation, steady your nervous system, and prepare your body for the refreshing challenge of the ice. As breath and body find rhythm, the cold becomes a space for clarity, focus, and renewal.

Combining foundational breathwork with cold immersion, this experience supports resilience, enhances vitality, and restores balance between body and mind. It’s more than an ice bath—it’s an invitation to align with the natural rhythm of the ocean and your own inner strength.

John is a multi‑credited breathwork facilitator and educator and a member of the Global Professional Breathwork Association (GPBA), he brings over a decade of experience supporting people to regulate stress, ease emotional tension, and access greater wellbeing through the power of the breath.
